Terms of sale
Updated July 1, 2026
These general terms of sale govern every order placed on the Yakout online store. By confirming an order, you accept them without reservation. They are drawn up in accordance with Law No. 18-05 of 10 May 2018 on electronic commerce and Law No. 09-03 on consumer protection.
Seller identification
The Yakout store is operated by a company incorporated under Algerian law, based in Algiers. Full legal information — company name, trade register (RC) and tax identifier (NIF) — is available to customers, stated on every invoice and provided on request through our contact channels.
Products and prices
The products offered are ready-to-wear items and accessories described on their page with photos, sizes, colours and composition. Prices are expressed in Algerian dinars (DZD), all taxes included, excluding delivery fees. Delivery fees, which vary by wilaya and delivery option, are displayed before order confirmation. The total price payable — product and delivery — is the one shown in the order summary at the time of ordering. Promotions apply within their period and available stock.
Ordering and confirmation
Ordering requires no account: you provide your name, phone number and destination. A confirmation call is systematic; the order becomes final only after this phone confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse an order in the event of past abuse (repeatedly refused parcels, fake orders) or if you cannot be reached after several attempts over 48 hours.
Payment
Payment is made exclusively in cash, on delivery, in person or at the pickup office. No deposit is requested and no online payment is offered. An invoice is provided with the parcel or sent on request.
Delivery
Delivery is provided across the 58 wilayas by partner carriers, to your home or a pickup point, within the indicative timeframes detailed on the Delivery page. Risk passes upon handover of the parcel against payment.
Exchanges and warranties
You benefit from a 48-hour exchange and from the manufacturing-defect warranty under the conditions detailed on the Returns & exchanges page. These apply without prejudice to the statutory warranties provided by Algerian regulations.
Personal data
The processing of your data is described in our privacy policy, compliant with Law No. 18-07.
Disputes
These terms are governed by Algerian law. In case of difficulty, please contact us first via WhatsApp or phone: almost all situations are resolved amicably. Failing that, the dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent Algerian courts.
